Cookie PolicyYour browser, your choice.
CuliRock, a brand of Ilias Ventures LLC, uses cookies to run the store, understand how it is used, and show relevant ads. This page lists every kind we use, who sets them, why, and how to turn the optional ones off.
Small files that help a website remember you.
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It lets the site recognize your browser on your next click or visit. For example, a cookie is why the grinder stays in your cart while you keep browsing. Cookies do not run programs and cannot read other files on your device.
First-party and third-party
First-party cookies are set by culirock.com. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose tools run on our store, such as Google or Meta.
Session and persistent
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set time, from minutes to a couple of years.
Similar technologies
Pixels, tags, and local storage do similar jobs. When this page says “cookies,” it includes them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the data they collect.
Four categories, one clear rule.
Essential cookies are always on because the store cannot work without them. The other three are optional and depend on your choice in our cookie banner.
Essential
Always on
Strictly necessary for the cart, secure checkout, login, fraud prevention, payments, and remembering your cookie choice. Without them, you could not place an order.
Performance and analytics
Optional
Google Analytics and Shopify analytics count visits, show which pages are used, and help us fix confusing pages. These reports are about groups of visitors.
Functional
Optional
Remember settings such as your region and currency, so you do not need to choose again on each visit.
Advertising and targeting
Optional
Meta Pixel and Google Ads remarketing recognize your browser so we can measure ads and show you CuliRock ads on other sites after you visit.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | Category | Typical lifespan |

About this list. Cookie names and lifespans are set by each provider and can change. We keep this table current when we add or remove a tool. If you see a cookie you cannot match, email us and we will explain it.
Who else sets cookies on our store.
These companies process data under their own privacy policies. We do not control their cookies. Each link below opens the company’s own policy.
Shopify
Hosts our store, checkout, and Shop Pay, and runs store analytics.
Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing, and Google Pay.
Meta
Meta Pixel for ad measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
Industry-wide opt-outs
You can opt out of interest-based ads from many ad companies at once.
Why we use cookies at all.
Improve website functionality
Cookies keep your cart, secure your checkout, remember your region, and prevent fraud. They also help us spot pages that load slowly or break.
Analyze traffic and behavior
We look at which pages people read, where they leave, and how they find CuliRock, so we can improve product information and fix confusing steps.
Deliver personalized ads
If you allow advertising cookies, Meta and Google may show you CuliRock ads after you view the grinder. This is called retargeting or remarketing, and we use it to measure whether our ads work.
What we do not do. We do not use cookies to collect your full card number, which is handled by Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We do not use them to set a different price for you. Our site is not directed to children under 13.
Accept, reject, or choose.
When you first visit culirock.com, a cookie banner asks about non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. If you reject, we switch off analytics and advertising cookies for that browser.
- Your choice is saved in the _tracking_consent cookie. To see the banner again, clear your site cookies for culirock.com.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising on that browser. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
- Opt out anytime using our data-sharing opt-out page. We do not recognize other “Do Not Track” signals.
- No penalty. Rejecting optional cookies never blocks you from browsing or buying, and we do not charge you more for it.
We value your privacy

Control cookies in your browser.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Menus change, so we link to each browser maker’s own instructions.
Mozilla Firefox
Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
Microsoft Edge
Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies.
What happens if you disable cookies
- Optional cookies off: the store works normally. You may see less relevant ads, and we get less insight into how to improve the site.
- All cookies blocked: your cart will not hold items, checkout and login may fail, and settings will not be remembered.
On phones and other devices
Mobile browsers have their own cookie controls in the browser or system settings. You can also limit ad tracking in your phone’s privacy settings. Choices made in one browser do not carry over to another, so repeat them on each device you use.
The laws behind this policy.
The United States has no single federal cookie-consent law. Cookies are governed by federal consumer-protection rules and a growing set of state privacy laws. We sell only to U.S. customers, so these are the rules that matter.
FTC Act, Section 5
We must describe our data practices truthfully. This page and our banner are written to match what the store actually does.
Children’s privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or use advertising cookies to target them. Orders require an adult.
Wiretap and communications laws
Federal and some state laws limit interception of online communications without consent. We disclose our tracking tools here and offer a choice at the banner.
- CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Using advertising cookies to show targeted ads across other sites can count as “sharing” personal information. You may opt out, and you may also ask to know, delete, or correct your data, and limit use of sensitive information. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out and do not discriminate against you for using these rights. Learn more at oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.
- CalOPPA. We post a privacy policy and say how we respond to Do Not Track signals. See the opt-out signal paragraph above.
- About twenty states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Maryland, give residents the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data, and to access, correct, and delete their data. Several of them require businesses to honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, and we do for every visitor.
- To use a right, email support@culirock.com, call +1 307-333-0175, or use the opt-out page. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and may contact your state attorney general.
- Nevada (NRS chapter 603A). Nevada residents may ask us not to sell covered information. We do not sell it for money, but you can still send a request to support@culirock.com.
- Florida. Our business mailing address is in Florida. The Florida Information Protection Act sets breach-notice duties, and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act bars misleading privacy statements.
- Every state bans unfair and deceptive practices and requires breach notice. Where your state gives you a stronger right than this page, your state’s law applies. Find your attorney general at naag.org/find-my-ag, or report a concern to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
When this page changes, you will know.
Our right to update
We may update this policy when we add or remove a tool, when cookies change, or when the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
How we tell you
We change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change adds a new kind of tracking, we show the cookie banner again so you can choose. We email you where the law requires it.
Past versions
Changes never reduce your opt-out rights. Ask us at the email below if you need an earlier version.
