Do Not Sell or Share My Personal InformationOpt out in under a minute.
CuliRock, a brand of Ilias Ventures LLC, uses ad tools that can count as “sharing” your data under California law. This page explains what we collect, who receives it, and how to opt out, see, correct, or delete your information.
Who this page is for.
This notice applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the CCPA). It describes our practices over the past 12 months and covers visitors, customers, and people who contact us. We apply these rights to California residents whether or not the law’s size thresholds apply to our business. Residents of other states may use the opt-out tools here and read the state rules below.

CuliRock is operated by Ilias Ventures LLC, 2234 North Federal Hwy - 1208, Boca Raton, FL 33431. We are an online-only seller of the CuliRock Meat Grinder and ship only within the United States.
Related notice
This page adds to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If they ever conflict on how we handle personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.
Children
Our site is not for children. We have no actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.
What we collect, and what leaves our hands.
The table covers the past 12 months. “Sold or shared” means disclosed to advertising partners for targeted ads. Service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and our overseas fulfillment partner receive data only to run the store and fill orders.
| Category | Examples we collect | Source | Sold or shared for ads? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone, IP address, cookie and device IDs | You; your browser | Online identifiers (IP address, cookie IDs): yes, with ad platforms. Name, email, address, and phone: no. They go to service providers to fulfill orders. |
| Commercial information | Items viewed, cart contents, orders, returns, warranty claims | You; our store | Yes, in the form of events such as “viewed product,” “added to cart,” and “purchased.” |
| Internet activity | Pages viewed, clicks, time on site, referring site, cookies and similar tools | Your browser; cookies | Yes |
| Geolocation data | Approximate location (city, region, ZIP) from your IP address or delivery address. We do not collect precise geolocation. | Your device; you | Approximate location only, as part of ad-measurement data |
| Payment information | Payment method and transaction details, handled by Shopify and payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number. | You | No |
| Communications | Emails, chat, and phone messages to our support team | You | No |
Why we collect it
- Order fulfillment: process payments, ship the grinder, handle returns and warranty claims, and provide support.
- Marketing: send emails you request and show CuliRock ads on other sites.
- Analytics: learn how the site is used and fix problems.
- Security and legal: prevent fraud and meet tax and legal duties.
Sensitive information and retention
We do not seek sensitive personal information to infer your characteristics, so there is nothing to “limit.” We keep personal information only as long as needed for orders, the two-year warranty, returns, and as tax, accounting, and other laws require. Then we delete or de-identify it.
Know, delete, and correct.
Right to know
You may ask for the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, their sources, why we collect them, and the categories of third parties that receive them.
How to ask: use the request form, email support@culirock.com, or call +1 307-333-0175. We then verify your identity and send your report by secure email, in a portable format.
Right to delete
You may ask us to delete personal information we collected from you. We also tell our service providers and ad partners to delete it where required.
How to ask: same methods as above. We may keep what the law lets us keep, such as records of an order, warranty or return, tax records, and information needed for fraud prevention or legal claims. We will tell you what we kept and why.
Right to correct
If we hold inaccurate information about you, you may ask us to correct it. Tell us what is wrong and what it should say. We may ask for documents that show the correct information.
Tell us to stop sharing your data for ads.
We use Meta Pixel and Google Ads remarketing. These tools receive online identifiers, browsing activity, and shopping events from your browser so ads can be measured and shown to you. Under the CCPA, disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising is called “sharing.” Regulators may also view some ad-tool data flows as a “sale.” We do not receive money for your data, but we treat both the same way: one opt-out stops both.
1. Browser signal
Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out for that browser, and for your account if we can link them. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
2. Opt-out page
Use our Your Privacy Choices page to switch off sharing for this browser.
3. Email or form
Send “Do Not Sell or Share” to support@culirock.com or use the form below. No account or ID needed.
4. Cookie banner
Choose “Reject non-essential” in our banner. See our Cookie Policy.
What happens next. We act on your opt-out as soon as feasible, and no later than 15 business days after we get it. We also pass the opt-out to Google and Meta, where their tools allow it, such as Google’s restricted data processing and Meta’s Limited Data Use. Opting out does not stop ads you may see from other companies. For those, use the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative opt-outs. After you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.
Fair treatment, verified requests, set deadlines.
Right to non-discrimination
If you use any right on this page, including opting out, we will not deny you products, charge you a different price, give you a lower level of service, or suggest that you will. Every visitor sees the same price, and shipping stays free. We run no loyalty or financial-incentive program tied to your personal information.
Authorized agent requests
You may let another person or a registered business act for you. The agent must send us your signed written permission or a power of attorney, with the agent’s name and contact details. We may also ask you to verify your identity with us directly or confirm the agent’s authority. Opt-out requests from an agent do not need verification beyond proof of authority.
Verification process
We verify requests to know, delete, and correct so no one can get your data by pretending to be you. Opt-out requests need no verification.
You send a request
Include the email and name used on your order.
We match details
We compare two or three data points, such as your email, order number, and shipping ZIP code, with our records.
Extra check if needed
For specific pieces of data, we may ask for a signed statement under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer.
We respond
We fulfill the request or explain why we could not. We never ask for your full card number or Social Security number.
Response timeframe. California law gives us 45 calendar days from receiving a valid request to respond, extendable once by up to 45 more days (90 in total) when reasonably necessary. If we extend, we tell you why. If we deny a request, we explain the reason and your options. Requests are free. We may decline an excessive or repetitive request and will explain. We keep a record of requests for at least 24 months.
Send a request.

The rules behind this page.
California’s law is the model here, and other states have copied its core rights. We sell only in the United States, so these are the rules that apply.
CCPA and CPRA
Civil Code section 1798.100 and following, with regulations from the California Privacy Protection Agency.
FTC Act, Section 5
We must describe our data practices truthfully and honor the choices we promise. This page matches what the store does.
COPPA
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Florida (for very large businesses) have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Rights and deadlines differ a little by state.
- Several states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Maryland, require businesses to honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. We honor it for every visitor.
- Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We answer appeals within the time your state sets, generally 45 to 60 days, and tell you how to contact your attorney general.
- Under NRS chapter 603A, Nevada residents may ask us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell it for money. You can still send a request to support@culirock.com, and we respond within 60 days.
- Our business mailing address is in Florida. The Florida Information Protection Act requires reasonable data security and breach notice, and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act bars misleading privacy statements. Complaints go to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
- Every state has laws against unfair and deceptive practices and requires notice after certain data breaches. Where your state gives you a stronger right than this page, your state’s law applies. Find your attorney general at naag.org/find-my-ag, or file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov or the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- Updates. We review this page at least once every 12 months and update the date above when it changes. Changes never reduce your opt-out rights.
Opting out never changes your price.
Shop CuliRock with sharing turned off. You still get free shipping within the United States, the two-year warranty, and 30-day returns.
