Same price, any method

We charge the same price whichever method you use. We do not add a surcharge or a processing fee for any card or wallet.

Wallet availability

Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your device, browser, and wallet support them. Shop Pay and PayPal require an account with those providers, and their own terms apply to your account.

Not accepted

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery. If you cannot use one of the twelve methods above, contact us before ordering.

Currency

U.S. dollars,and nothing else.

Every price on www.culirock.com, and every charge we make, is in United States dollars (USD). We do not offer other currencies. We sell and ship only within the United States.

What you see is what you pay

The listed price includes every mandatory charge except sales tax. Where your state requires sales tax on the order, checkout calculates it and shows it before you pay.

Cards issued outside the U.S.

If your card was issued by a foreign bank, your bank may convert the USD amount into your own currency and may add its own foreign-transaction fee. We do not control or receive those fees, and the conversion rate is set by your card issuer. Our orders must still ship to a U.S. address.

Refunds in USD

Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Your bank’s exchange rate on the refund date may differ from the date of purchase, which can change the amount in your own currency. See our Refund Policy.

Payment security

Your card detailsnever touch our servers.

CuliRock does not run its own payment system. Checkout is provided by Shopify, and your payment is handled by Shopify’s payment partners and by the wallet or card network you choose. That design keeps card data away from us entirely.

PCI DSS compliance statement. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the security standard set by the card brands for any business that handles card data. The checkout and payment services that process your payment are PCI DSS compliant. Because CuliRock does not store, process, or transmit your card numbers on its own systems, we rely on those providers to meet the standard on our behalf. PCI DSS is an industry standard rather than a law, and learn more at pcisecuritystandards.org.

Full card details are not stored by CuliRock. We do not see, receive, or keep your full card number, your security code (CVV), or your PIN. We see only limited information that your payment provider returns to us, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded, so that we can manage your order and refund you.

SSL/TLS encryption during checkout

Our site and checkout use HTTPS, which encrypts information between your browser and the server using SSL/TLS (the current version of the technology commonly called SSL). Look for the padlock and “https” in your address bar before you enter payment details.

Layered checks

Your card issuer or payment provider may check the security code, the billing address, or ask you to confirm the payment in your banking app or by text. These checks protect you and are not charges.

Receipts show only four digits

Order confirmations and receipts show at most the last four digits of your card, so a stray email cannot expose the full number.

What we will never ask

We will never ask for your full card number, security code, PIN, or banking password by email, text, chat, or phone. If someone claiming to be CuliRock does, do not reply, and forward it to support@culirock.com.

A shared responsibility. No system is perfectly secure. You can help by using a device with up-to-date software, a private network when you pay, and strong, unique passwords for Shop Pay, PayPal, and your email. Check your statements and report anything you do not recognize to your card issuer right away.

Billing information accuracy

Accurate detailskeep your order moving.

You are responsible for giving us accurate, current, and complete billing information, and for using only a payment method you are authorized to use. Banks approve a payment by matching what you enter to what they have on file, so a small mistake can cause a decline or a delay.

Name and card

Enter the name exactly as it appears on the card, with the correct card number, expiry date, and security code.

Billing address

Use the address your card issuer has on file for the statement, including the ZIP code. It can differ from your shipping address.

Email and phone

Give an email you check often. We send your order confirmation, tracking link, and any payment questions there.

Authorized use only

Use only a card or wallet that you own or have permission to use. Using someone else’s payment method without permission is not allowed.

  • If you spot a mistake after placing an order, contact us right away at support@culirock.com or +1 307-333-0175. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to correct it, or you can use our Order Cancellation Policy.
  • Consequences: inaccurate billing details can lead to a declined payment, a held order, or a cancelled order. If we cancel because of this, you are refunded in full. This section does not limit any right you have under law.
Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, here is what to do.

An order is created only after your payment is approved. If checkout shows an error and you do not receive an order confirmation email, the order was not placed.

Payment declined

Checkout shows a message. No order is created and we do not ship.

Check the details

Review card number, expiry, security code, and billing address.

Retry or switch

Try again once, or pay with another card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.

Call your bank or us

If it still fails, ask your issuer why, or contact our team.

Common reason What usually helps
Billing address or ZIP code does not match the bank’s records Re-enter the address exactly as on your card statement.
Wrong card number, expiry date, or security code Check each field and retype it slowly.
Insufficient funds or the credit limit is reached Use a different card or method, or free up your limit.
Your bank flagged the purchase as unusual Approve the alert in your banking app, or call the number on the back of your card, then retry.
Extra authentication was not completed Finish the code or app confirmation your bank sends, and do not close the page early.
Card type or international restrictions Ask your bank to allow online or international purchases, or use another method.

Retry guidance

Try no more than two or three times with the same card. Repeated attempts can make your bank lock the card or place several temporary holds. If you see more than one pending amount, it is usually a hold, not a charge, and holds typically fall off within a few business days.

Charged, but no confirmation?

If your bank shows a charge but you got no order email, wait 30 minutes and check your spam folder and your account. Then email support@culirock.com with the date, amount, and last four digits. If we find a duplicate or unfulfilled charge, we refund it in full.

Fraud prevention

We screen orders to protectyou and cardholders.

Card fraud harms real people, including the owner of a stolen card. Orders are checked automatically by Shopify’s fraud analysis and by your payment provider, and our team may also review an order by hand.

Our right to cancel flagged orders. If an order appears fraudulent or unauthorized, or we cannot confirm that the person ordering is entitled to use the payment method, we may hold the order, ask for verification, or cancel it. If we cancel, we email you and refund any amount charged in full to the original payment method. We may not explain the exact signals that triggered a review, because doing so could help fraudsters, but you can always contact us.

Verification steps we may ask for

Most orders never need any of this. If yours does, we will contact you by email or phone, and we will tell you what we need and why.

Confirm the order

Reply to an email or take a call from +1 307-333-0175 to confirm your name, shipping address, and order contents.

Confirm the billing details

We may ask you to confirm the billing address and the last four digits of the card. We will never ask for the full number or the security code.

Proof of cardholder (rare)

In uncommon cases we may ask for a card statement or card photo with the middle digits and security code covered, or a government ID with unrelated details covered, sent only through the secure method we give you.

  • Timing: we hold the order while we verify it and aim to reply to you within 1 business day. If we cannot verify the order within 5 business days, we cancel it and refund you in full.
  • Your privacy: we use verification information only to confirm the order and prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy.
  • If you think your card was misused on our site, tell your card issuer and email us. You can also report identity theft at identitytheft.gov and internet fraud at ic3.gov.
Laws and your rights

U.S. federal and state rules,in plain English.

We sell only to customers in the United States. Statute names are given so you can look them up. This is general information, not legal advice, and it never reduces a right the law already gives you.

  • FTC Act, Section 5 (15 U.S.C. 45). Bars unfair or deceptive practices, including misleading security claims and unreasonable data security. Our statements on this page are written to be accurate. See ftc.gov.
  • Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z (15 U.S.C. 1643 and 1666). Limit your liability for unauthorized credit card charges, generally to $50, and let you dispute billing errors with your card issuer, usually in writing within 60 days of the statement.
  • Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E (15 U.S.C. 1693). Protects debit card users, and your liability depends on how quickly you report an unauthorized transaction. Report it to your bank as soon as you see it.
  • FACTA receipt truncation (15 U.S.C. 1681c(g)). Limits how many card digits may appear on receipts. Our receipts show only the last four digits.
  • Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435). If we cannot ship on time, you may cancel and receive a prompt refund to your payment method. See our Shipping Policy.
  • PCI DSS. An industry standard, not a statute, though several states reference it, including Nevada (NRS 603A.215) and Washington (RCW 19.255.020). Minnesota (Minn. Stat. 325E.64) also bars keeping card security codes or PIN data after a transaction is authorized, and we keep none.
  • CCPA as amended by CPRA, and Civil Code section 1798.81.5. Require reasonable security for personal information, and section 1798.150 lets California residents sue after certain data breaches. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Honest pricing (Civil Code section 1770(a)(29)). Our advertised price includes all mandatory fees other than government taxes. Shipping is free.
  • Complaints. California Attorney General.
  • SHIELD Act (General Business Law sections 899-aa and 899-bb). Requires reasonable safeguards for New York residents’ private information, including payment data, and breach notice.
  • General Business Law sections 349 and 350. Bar deceptive acts and false advertising. Contact the New York Attorney General.
  • Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. 501.171). Requires reasonable security and breach notice. Our mailing address is in Florida. The Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (501.201 and following) also applies, and complaints go to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
  • Texas Business and Commerce Code chapter 521. Requires reasonable procedures to protect sensitive personal information and prompt breach notice. The Deceptive Trade Practices Act (chapter 17) also protects Texans. Contact the Texas Attorney General.
  • Massachusetts. 201 CMR 17.00 sets data security standards, M.G.L. chapter 93H governs breach notice, and chapter 93A bars unfair practices.
  • Card surcharges. A few states, such as Connecticut and Massachusetts, restrict surcharges on card payments. We add no surcharge to any payment method.
  • Every state. All fifty states have data-breach notification laws and a consumer-protection law enforced by an attorney general. Find yours at naag.org/find-my-ag. Sales tax is collected where the law requires it, following the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2018 South Dakota v. Wayfair decision, and is shown at checkout.

If something goes wrong. Dispute a charge with your card issuer, or report a problem to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or to your state attorney general. We would like the chance to fix it first, but you do not have to go through us.
